Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SEFFOND online store and the purchase of any digital crochet patterns from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our supply of goods is also subject to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

1. About us

SEFFOND is an Australian small business operating at seffond.myshopify.com. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, include GST.

2. Our products

We sell digital crochet patterns delivered as downloadable PDF files. Patterns are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the PDF files is not permitted.

3. Orders & payment

• By placing an order you make an offer to buy. We accept your order when we email you the download link.
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and partner gateways. We do not store your card details.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (with a full refund).

4. Delivery of digital products

Patterns are delivered electronically:

• A download link is emailed immediately after successful payment.
• Links are also available in your customer account under "Order history".
• If you don't receive the email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or email hello@seffond.com.

5. Your consumer rights (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

6. Intellectual property

All patterns, photographs, text, and designs on this site are the intellectual property of SEFFOND and protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit them without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access, and not to interfere with the operation of the site.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the supply of goods is limited to (at our option) replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the ACL that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SEFFOND is registered, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
