How to download your pattern

Just placed your first order? Welcome! Here's exactly how to get your pattern onto your device in under a minute.

Step 1 — Check your email

Right after you check out, two emails land in your inbox:

• An order confirmation with your receipt.
• A download email with a link to your pattern PDF.

If you don't see them within 15 minutes, check your spam or junk folder and search for "SEFFOND".

Step 2 — Click the download link

Open the download email and tap the download button. Your pattern PDF will open in a new tab or download to your device automatically.

Step 3 — Save it somewhere safe

We recommend saving your pattern to a cloud service (Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox) or a dedicated folder on your computer so you can find it again easily.

Step 4 — Read on-screen or print

You can read the pattern straight from your phone, tablet, or laptop — no printer needed. If you prefer paper, the PDF prints beautifully on standard A4 or US Letter.

Lost your link?

No problem — log in to your customer account, head to "Order history", and you'll find the download right there. You can re-download it any time.
