Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every SEFFOND pattern is a digital download, so there is no physical shipping involved. Here's exactly how delivery works.

1. Instant digital delivery

• The moment your payment is confirmed, a download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout.
• The link is also available in your customer account under "Order history".
• Delivery is usually instant (under 1 minute). Allow up to 15 minutes during peak times.

2. What you need to download

• An email account where you can receive the download link.
• A device with a PDF reader (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview on Mac, any mobile browser).
• You do not need a printer — patterns can be read on-screen.

3. Need help downloading?

Check our step-by-step guide on the How to download your pattern page. If you still can't access your file, email hello@seffond.com with your order number.

4. No shipping address required

Because our products are digital, you don't need to enter a shipping address at checkout. Your billing email is all we need to send your pattern.

5. International customers

Our patterns are written in English with US crochet terms (UK equivalents noted in the pattern). Prices on this site are in AUD. Your bank or card provider may convert the amount to your local currency.
