Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you start your next pattern.

How do I receive my pattern?

The moment your payment is confirmed, a download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout. The link is also stored in your customer account under "Order history". Delivery is usually instant — allow up to 15 minutes during peak times.

What format are the patterns?

All patterns are delivered as PDF files. You can open them on any device with a PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat, Preview on Mac, or any mobile browser). You don't need a printer.

Are the patterns in US or UK terms?

Patterns are written in US crochet terms, with UK equivalents noted at the start of each pattern (e.g. single crochet = double crochet UK).

Can I sell items made from your patterns?

Yes — you may sell finished handmade items from our patterns on a small-scale basis (e.g. local market, Etsy shop), as long as you credit SEFFOND as the designer. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the PDF file itself.

What skill level do I need?

Every pattern lists a difficulty: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. Beginner patterns assume you know basic stitches (chain, single crochet, double crochet) and how to read a pattern. If you're brand new, start with our Beginner collection.

I didn't receive my download email — what now?

First, check your spam/junk folder and search for "SEFFOND". If you still can't find it, log in to your customer account to access the download directly, or email us at hello@seffond.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

Can I get a refund?

Because our patterns are digital downloads, we generally can't offer change-of-mind refunds once a file has been accessed. If a pattern has a major fault (corrupted file, missing pages), we will fix it or refund you — see our Refund Policy for details.

Do prices include GST?

Where applicable, our AUD prices include 10% GST. See our GST notice for details.
